OFS will exhibit at PPMA Show 2026, bringing its manufacturing intelligence technology to the UK’s leading processing and packaging machinery exhibition at the NEC Birmingham from 22–24 September 2026.

Visitors to Stand P62 will be able to experience live, interactive demonstrations of OFS-X, OFS-Flow and Mayvn AI, and explore how manufacturers can create greater visibility across production, reduce downtime and turn operational data into faster, more informed decisions.

OFS works with manufacturers to address a challenge that remains common across the sector: understanding what is really happening on the factory floor, why production performance is being lost and where teams should focus their improvement efforts.

Rather than relying on retrospective reporting or fragmented production information, OFS provides manufacturers with real-time visibility into operational performance and the tools to identify, understand and act on production losses.

Jonathan Newton, General Manager, OFS EMEA, said PPMA provides an important opportunity to bring these conversations directly to UK manufacturers.

“Manufacturers are collecting more operational data than ever, but the real opportunity is turning that information into something their teams can use to make better decisions,” Newton said.

“Whether the challenge is unexplained downtime, inconsistent production performance, manual processes or simply not having a clear view of what is happening across the factory floor, visibility is the starting point.

“PPMA gives us an opportunity to demonstrate this in a real and practical way. Rather than simply talking about manufacturing intelligence, visitors can come to the stand, see the technology in action and discuss how it could apply within their own operation.”

The move to actionable intelligence

At PPMA Show 2026, OFS will demonstrate three connected areas of its manufacturing technology ecosystem.

OFS-X provides manufacturers with live production performance visibility by connecting machinery, software and people. Production data is brought together to help teams understand performance, identify losses and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.

OFS-Flow adds a digital workflow layer to manufacturing operations, using production events to trigger forms, alerts and information capture at the point it is required. This enables manufacturers to digitise manual processes and capture operational information from the right people at the right time.

Mayvn AI provides a conversational interface to manufacturing intelligence, allowing teams to ask questions of their operational information and receive immediate answers, making production data easier to access and interrogate.

Together, the technologies demonstrate a broader shift occurring across manufacturing: away from simply collecting factory data and towards making that information accessible and actionable for the people responsible for production performance.

Making manufacturing intelligence practical

The OFS team will run interactive demonstrations throughout all three days of PPMA, allowing visitors to explore the technology in the context of their own manufacturing environments and operational challenges.

Attendees will be able to visit Stand A47 throughout the exhibition and speak directly with the OFS team.

Newton said the focus would be firmly on practical application.

“Every factory is different, so the conversation needs to start with the operational problem rather than the technology,” he said.

“We want manufacturers to bring us the challenges they are dealing with, whether that's downtime they can't fully explain, production information that takes too long to access, processes that remain unnecessarily manual or performance improvements they know are there but haven't yet been able to quantify.

“From there, we can show them what better operational visibility could look like in practice.”

Meet OFS at PPMA Show 2026

Manufacturing leaders attending PPMA Show 2026 can meet the OFS EMEA team at Stand A47 throughout the three-day event.

Visitors can also book a meeting with the OFS team ahead of the exhibition for a dedicated conversation and tailored demonstration based on their manufacturing environment and operational priorities.
